Questions

Sizing, answered honestly.

The questions online shoppers ask most about digital twins, cross-brand sizing and virtual try-on.

What is a 3D digital twin?+

It is a measured model of your body built from your height, chest, waist, hip, inseam and shoulder measurements. FitMatch uses it to see exactly how a garment's cut will sit on you before you buy it.

How does the virtual try-on work?+

You add a garment from any store by photo or product link. FitMatch reads its cut, fabric and size guide, compares it against your twin, and renders the try-on on your body while flagging tight, ideal and loose zones.

Can I try on clothes from brands that were not designed for this?+

Yes. Any brand works. When a brand publishes a size chart FitMatch uses it directly, and when it does not you can enter a few flat measurements of the garment and FitMatch estimates the fit with that cut's ease allowed for.

How does size translation across brands work?+

FitMatch maps each brand's size labels onto body measurements, so a size 8 at one label is read as the body it is cut for rather than the number on the tag. Your recommended size is the one cut closest to your twin for the fit you prefer.

Are my body photos private?+

Body photos are stored privately and used only when you render a try-on on them. They are never shown to other users and never published.

Do try-on renders cost anything?+

FitMatch runs on try-on credits. You buy a pack once and each render you generate spends one credit, so you can see the fit before spending money on the garment.
